Welcome to Krove. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Krove.

1. The service

Krove is an AI Agent for Amazon and Mercado Libre sellers. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Krove for unlawful activity or to violate Amazon or Mercado Libre policies.
• Don't try to access other users' accounts, data, or systems.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without written authorization.

4. Subscription and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; charges already made are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Seller data

Your store data is processed solely to deliver the service. We do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Krove makes no guarantees of specific business outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the past 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email or in-product when material changes occur.
